Yulissia LaShunte Beasley was born on April 18, 1970 in Athens, TX to the parentage of Helen Mosley-Freeney and Billy Ray Boyd. She was educated in Jacksonville, Texas School System and later to South Oak Cliff High School in Dallas School District.  Yulissia accepted Christ at a early age and attended many other churches throughout her life..

She met and married Anthony Beasley in1988, whom preceded her in death on February 14, 1999. Later she met John Lozo  and they remained friends until her death.

Loved ones who also precedes her in death are her father Billy Ray Boyd, (2) brothers: LaTardrick Mosley and Reginald Mosley Jr., her grandparents: M.C. Mosley and Bobbie Johnson, (3) uncles: Leon Mosley, Richard Mosley and Reginald Mosley Sr.

Yulissia leaves to cherish her memories her mother Helen Freeney (George); (2) aunts: Norma Hudson (Mike) and Janet Timmon (Glen); (2) uncles: C Earl Mosley (Erma) and Charles Wallace (Celeste); (1) niece LaTavia Mosley; (1) nephew LaTardrick Mosley Jr., along with a host of cousins and friends.
