Xavier Craig Foley was born March 23, 1968 to the parentage of  Luther James Brown and Gloria Foley in Dallas, TX, which both preceded him in death. He attended the DISD School system Dallas Public School. He enjoyed being with family and friends. He was a carpenter and painter.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather Hollis Brown Sr, grandmother Bernice Brown, uncle Hollis Brown Jr., aunt Rose Lee Brown-Harris, aunt Benita Brown, uncle Willie Brown, uncle Cecil Brown, uncle J. D Brown and uncle George Carver.

He leaves to cherish his memories his daughter Shaketa Browning; (1) granddaughter Samarya Browning; (1) great granddaughter Harlow Browning; (3) sisters: Sharla Henry, Sherri Adams and Regina Brown; aunt Betty Sue Brown; stepmother JoAnn Brown and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends .
