Wonder Legale Haley was born on January 30, 1966 to the parents of Hoyt and Pinetha Haley in Dallas, Texas. She received her formal education in Dallas Independent School District. She also received her cosmetology license and was well known as "Oak Cliff Best Finger Waves."

She accepted Christ at an early age. To know Wonder was to love her. She lived and loved life to the fullest. She loved to listen to music and dance. She loved spending time with her family and gossiping with them as well. She just loved to have fun.

Wonder is preceded in death by her parents.

She leaves to cherish her memories (3) children: Kristine, Pinetha and Jovan; (6) grandchildren: Mekhi, Xavier, Hailey, William Jr., Nadine,  Jovan Jr.;  (2) sisters: Pam and Kim; (3) brothers: Hoyt Jr., Raymond and Reginald and a host of other relatives and friends.
