Willie Johnson was born January 19, 1970 in Dallas, TX to Edna Johnson and Lee Hendrix, whom both preceded him in death.

He worked as a cook at Long John Silvers. He lived his life to the fullest making sure he was the voice, to be the voice of the crowd. He also enjoyed playing dominoes and hanging out with his family.

Willie is also preceded in death by grandfathers:  Henry Johnson and Willie Offord, one sibling Byron Hendrix and son David Houston.

He leaves to cherish his memories to his wife Jocquelyn Johnson; children: Jessica Townsend and Antoinette Smith  brothers: Lonnie Johnson (Sandra), Terrence Hendrix, Chris Hendrix, and Lee Hendrix Jr.; sisters: Frankie Williams and kameshia Hendrix; grandmother Mary Offord; aunts: Emma Johnson and Mary Helen Esters; cousins: Marilyn Johnson, Curtis Johnson (Terrie), Victoria Hendrix, Marvin Hendrix, Timothy Hendrix, Larry Burney and LaJoyce Frazier along with a host of other relatives and friends.
