Willie Henry Jenkins was born August 7, 1953 in Hattiesburg, MS to Willie Jenkins and Mary Lee Jenkins. He attended public schools in Hattiesburg, MS and accepted Christ at an early age.

He was known for his kind heart and warm smile. Willie was employed by CRST and J. Rayl Trucking Companies until retirement.

Willie was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles.

He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife, Gwen Jenkins; (3) children: Jerry Jenkins, Jermaine Jenkins and Micheal Jenkins; (3) grandchildren; (1) sister Yolando Vickers (Williams); (1) brother Michael Herrin (Debbie); (3) special cousins: Bonnie Bell, Arthur Walker (Marilyn) and Douglas Walker (Lisa); (4) special friends: Lee Taylor, Johnny Taylor, Sharie Routh and Anne Taylor along with a host of other family and friends.
