William E. Thomas was born March 17, 1952 to the parents of Cleo and Noree Thomas in Dallas, Texas. He made his transition on July 22, 2022.

He was precede in death by his parents Noree Thomas and Cleo Thomas and (2) sisters: Nezlia Williams and Barbara McClullough.

William leaves to cherish his memories his wife Jean Jackson Thomas; (3) sons: Ron Sample, Lee W. Thomas and William Thomas Jr.; (1) daughter: Calisa Hooper (Milton) all of Dallas, TX; (4) sisters: Thelma Jones of Teaque, TX, Ruthie Westley (Arthur), Mae Keys (Vernon) and Betty Washington (Oscar) all of Dallas, TX; (4) brothers: Lee Thomas (Marcey), Billy Thomas, Rickey Thomas (Paula) and Wallace Thomas (Savana) all of Dallas, Texas and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other family and friends.
