Wanda Jean Ross was born on October 4, 1950 in Dallas, Texas to the parentage of Lillie Mae Collier and Charlie Lee Collier. She received her education at Seagoville High School. She accepted Christ at an early age. She was blessed with two sons, Toby Lynn Moore and James Shaw. Wanda met and married Ronnie Ross in July of 2009.

She was preceded in death by her parents Charlie Lee and Lillie Mae Collier, brother Charles Collier and grandson Camron Moore.

Wanda leaves to cherish her memory husband Ronnie Ross; (2) children: Toby Moore (Nikki) and James Shaw (Kara); (7) sisters: Candance Mackey, Joyce Richmond, Lillie Thomas, Elnora Lusk, Shirley Collier, Diane Collier and Sharon Brooks; (1) brother Lester Collier; (8) grandchildren; (1) great granddaughter along with a host of other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.
