Vanessa Lee Williams was born July 21, 1953 in Dallas, Texas to the parents of Elgia Hammonds and Willie Ray Walker, whom both precedes her in death. She attended Dallas Independent School District.

On February 7, 2024 Vanessa Williams heard our Father say "Well Done" and she traded her earthly home for her Heavenly Home.

She leaves behind to cherish her memories husband Eddie Williams Sr.; (2) children: Eddie Williams Jr. & Billy Williams: (1) sibling Oretha Sims; (8) grandchildren along with a host of other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.
