Timmy Dwayne was born on June 6, 1966 in Dallas, Texas to Jearlene Hardy and George Hardy; birth father Clay Jackson.

Timmy received his formal education through the Dallas Independent School district where he graduated in May of 1984, he also attended college.

Timmy was baptized at Morning Glory Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas, he accepted Christ Jesus as his Lord and Savior.

Timmy Dwayne Smith departed this earthly life on January 26, 2023.  He was preceded in death by his father "in marriage" George hardy and "biological Father" Clay Jackson.  He leaves to cherish his beloved memories, his mother Jearlene Hardy and two sisters: Vickie Smith and Stephanie Smith, his niece's and nephew with whom he was like a father to, Valekia Carrington, Ayesha Carrington, Shirlene Allen, Victoria Shaw and Timothy "Alley Kat" Smith.

He has a host of living aunts and uncles Linda Smith, Beatrice Dodd ( Willie) Ester Wright, Eva Smith, David Lee Smith, bobby Dean Smith all of Dallas, Texas and a host of great nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.  Honorable mention cousins and best friends Bobby Lee Walker and Ronald Taylor "Ron".
