Thomas Ray Meadows was born February 8, 1964 to the parentage of Jerline Meadows and Jimmy Lee Thompson in Dallas, TX. He was the last born of 5 siblings. He attended school in Dallas School District.

Many knew him as a good man. He was a faithful man to his family. He showed love and kindness to all of his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents and (1) sister, Elizabeth.

Thomas leaves behind to cherish his memories  (6) children: Anette, Adrian, Lil Ray, Chris, Justin, Sabrina and a bonus child Cici; (3) siblings: Robert, Eugene and Linda; a special friend Joyce; (8) grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
