Thelma Jean Spearman-Gardner was born on November 28, 1952 to the parents of Robert & Lula Spearman. She was a devoted hairstylist, passionate Evangelist, and beloved matriarch.

She not only excelled in her career, bringing beauty and joy to others through her skilled hands, but she also embraced the roles of a loving mother, doting grandmother, and a cherished wife. Her nurturing spirit, boundless love, and unwavering faith touched the hearts of her family and friends. Thelma's legacy of beauty, spirituality, and familial warmth will forever be etched in the hearts of those she held dear.

Thelma loved family gatherings, laughing, dancing, and talking. But most of all she loved a good MEAL and BINGO!!  Thelma was an unforgettable well loved woman of God that will be missed dearly.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving devoted husband of 22 years Willie Gardner; (5) children: Kristy (Clearance) Briggs, Robert (Latasha) Spearman, Mark (Victoria) Spearman, Frachessca Spearman and Niketra Bates; (15) grandchildren; (16) great grandchildren; (2) special friends: Debra Byrd and Earnestien Hadnot along with a host of other relatives and friends.
