Teresa Ann Levy was born on June 4, 1959 in Dallas, Texas to Jimmie Macafe and Charles Ray Jackson, whom both precedes her in death. She graduated from Lincoln High School. She played tennis and ran track.

She was outgoing, happy, funny, energetic and  full of life. She worked as a security guard at Alis Company. She spent a lot of time with her aunt Ruby Patterson, whom also precedes her in death.

Teresa also reunite in heaven with her husband Calvin Levy and her great grandson DaVenta Levy Jr.

She leaves behind to cherish her memories(3) children: Calvin Levy Jr., Demarcus Levy and LaQulia Levy; (11) grandchildren: Daveton Levy, Dajinae Levy, Decamron Levy, Samaj Levy, ShaCalvia Levy, La'Drea Levy, Latavia Levy, A'Mia Levy, Domni Levy, Isaiah Yates and Jerome Jackson; (2) siblings: May Dixon and Melvin Patterson; (12) great grandchildren along with a host of other relatives and friends.
