Telly Savalas Mitchell also known as "Kojak" was born December 14, 1977 to the parents of Evelyn Joyce Mitchell and Oscar Crosby Sr.

On June 4th of 2021 he gained his wings!

To know "Kojak" was to love him. Although, he battled various health issues he still remained strong. He made the most of his situation and stayed active.

There was never a dull moment with "Kojak". He was funny even when he wasn't trying to be. He was passionate about his family and friends and would do anything to keep them safe. He will truly be missed!

"Kojak" leaves behind to cherish his memories a daughter Danisha LaShaun Mitchell; siblings: Joni Mitchell, Micheal Mitchell, Octavia Andrews, Oscar Crosby Jr., Shunta Crosby and a host of cousins, aunties and uncles, nieces, nephews and friends that loved him dearly.
