Ms. Shirley Ann Walker-Knight was born in Dallas, Texas to the late Walte Walker and Gertrude Clifton Walker on July 21, 1952. She attended Thomas C Hassell Elementary School, Pearl C Anderson Jr High and graduated from James Madison High School in 1970.

Later in life she married her childhood sweetheart Marshall Knight and to this union two children were born. They accepted Christ together becoming members of Church of the Living God.

Shirley leaves to cherish her memories one son Yusirrein Knight; one daughter Yasmine Mashelle Knight; one grandson YaSir Don Marshall Canyon; one sister Diana Walker; one brother Darrell Lynn Walker all of Dallas, Texas along with a host of other relatives and friends.
