Shaquana LaRonda Manning was born on December 30, 1980 in Dallas, Texas to the parentage of the late Tommy Frank and Victoria Manning. She attended Garland High School. She was baptized into Christ in 2005.

To know Shaquana is to have laughed with her or shared a kind word, whether a close friend or a stranger. Being humbly social was a gift up on which Shaquana was bestowed; those around her were drawn to a infectious and cheerful personality. She had an unassuming and disarming smile that could put anyone at ease. Her sense of humor was second to none and she was compassionate as she was funny.

Shaquana leaves behind to cherish her memories (5) children: Geovoni Manning, Dijae Manning, Zamyreion Manning, Zamondre Manning and Jason Walker Jr.; (1) granddaughter Leilani Manning; her mother Victoria Manning; (3) siblings: Frantoria Manning, Tamika Manning and Frank Mosqueda; (3) nieces; (6) nephews and a host of cousins, other family and friends.
