Saran Kay Daniels was born on June 12, 1957 to the parentage of George Allen and Bobbie Grayson in Dallas, Texas. She was educated through the Dallas Independent School District.

She was the proud mother of one daughter Cynthia Daniels. She enjoyed her music and dancing. She loved her entire family. She was well known as "Kay Kay".

Saran was preceded in death by her mother Bobbie J. Daniels and father George Allen, brother Kenneth Daniels and two nieces: Laura Daniels and Nitikia Daniels.

Loved ones she leaves behind to cherish her memories daughter Cynthia Daniels; two grandchildren: Ashley Daniels and Christopher Daniels; two sisters: Marilyn Daniels and Judy Kelly; one brother John Daniels; one step-sister Kesha Hawkins;  three nieces: Teresa Daniels, Elizabeth Daniels and Karessa Daniels; two nephews: Johnny Daniels and Ronnie Bluain; two aunts: Jonell Grayson and Bobbie Livingston; one uncle Leonard Grayson (Mary) along with a host other relatives and friends.
