Ruthie was born on November 18,1953 in Tyler, Tx  to the parentage of Octavia Mauldin and Thirsten Mauldin. She was an exceptional woman loved and cared for all of her brothers and sister throughout childhood and adulthood baring four children.

Later married James McNeil she was love by everyone she ever met and    everyone around her  most of all her family loved her dearly. Ruthie was passionate about many things She had a heart of gold and was also known for helping and mothering anyone who needed her help.

She was proceeded in death by her parents mother Octavia Mauldin her   father Thirsten Mauldin, two brothers: Kenneth Mauldin, Melvin Mauldin, her Baby sister Audrey Mauldin, her Daughter LaRonnya Mauldin, and her Grand children Annie Mauldin, Carrie Mauldin, Iran Mauldin, and great grand daughter Serenity Mauldin along with a host of relatives and friends that will miss her dearly.

Ruthie leaves behind to cherish her memories (3) children: Lametra Mauldin, Norris Mauldin and Nakia Mauldin; (13) grandchildren; (25) great grandchildren; (3) great great grandchildren along with other family and friends who will miss her dearly.
