Roy Stiggers Jr. was born on May 2, 1969 in Dallas County, Texas. To Roy Larry Stiggers Sr. and Joyce Thomas-Stiggers. He attended Dallas Independent School District.

Roy married Felecia Jimmerson. He had many trades like being a truck driver and a all around handy man.

He is preceded in death by his siblings: Pamela Stiggers-Shofner and Comedra Stiggers, special cousin/sister Alicia Stiggers-brown, his children: Exzavieon Jimmerson, Reshaud Tre'Shunn Stiggers, Kerron Obrient, Quante Obrient and Ashley Obrient

Roy leaves behind to cherish his memories his wife Felecia Jimmerson; grandchildren: Aiden , Andrew, Jameice, Kash, Paris, Amari, Lilly, Ashtyn, Rhamiyah, Kenion, A'mere and Asaiah; special nieces: Kendra  Stiggers, Keneasha Stiggers, Kenneth Stiggers, Teneasha Stiggers, Kenterrica Stiggers and Latoya Stiggers along with a host of other relatives and friends.
