Those left to cherish her memories: husband, Billy Ray Higgs; daughter, Patricia Renee Offord; son, Vincent   Offord; sisters: Mayola Garner, Betty Kinnard, Patricia Wright, Barbara Perkins, Diane Abron and Darlene Johnson.  Her grandchildren: Eric, Latricia, and Daria. Her great grandchildren: Jaxson, Devin, Ta'Shon, Davion, Destinee, Cassius, Darrell, Tasha, Dewayne, Sir Eric, Christian, Eric, and Erin. Rosie also leaves a host of nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends who loves her dearly.
