Robert Lee Blakemore was born on August 7, 1943 to the parents of A.B. and Willie Mae Blakemore in Henderson County.

Robert completed his education in Malakoff, Texas at Lincoln High School. In his youth he attended Elam Grove Baptist Church and was presently a member of Church of the Living God PGT of Seagoville, Texas.

He is preceded in death by his parents A.B. and Willie Mae, brothers: Freddy and Leroy, sisters: Essie, Mozel and Mae Carol and his son Zachary.

Robert leaves to cherish his memory his loving daughter Lisa; (3) sons: Kerry, Damon and Stephen; (9) grandchildren: Candace, Evin, Jasmine, Eric, Brandi, Shara, Keetyn, Stephen and Daisha; (9) great grandchildren: (2) sisters: Shirley Givens and Mary Hunter; (1) brother Eddie Blakemore and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
