Richard Lee Perkins Smart was born on December 9, 1984 to the parentage of Shirley Smart and the late Richard Perkins Sr. in Dallas, Texas. He attended Maceo High School where he received his diploma.

He was saved and filled with the Holy Ghost at a young age. He attended the Oasis Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor L.C. Hatcher. He was a very loving son and uncle to his nieces and nephews.

All that knew him knew he was the life of the party. He was a hard worker and loved to help others. He enjoyed listening to rap music and was inspired to be a rapper as well.

Loved ones he joins in eternal life along side his father Richard Perkins are his grandmother Bobbie Jean Smart, (2) nieces: Unique Brown and Chekiva Smart, (2) uncles: Charles Smart and Tod Westbrook.

Richard leaves behind to cherish his memories his dear mother Shirley Smart (Kevin); (2) siblings: Deandrea Smart and Xavier Jefferson; fiancé Tabreka Monroe daughter Journee Smart; grandparents: Billy Smart Sr. and Billy Smart Jr.; (2) aunts: his favorite aunt Laura (Frank) Davis and Linder Smart; (3) uncles: Jeffery Westbrook, Michael Smart and Marcus Smart (Maisa); niece Angel Lewis; nephew Anthony Adams along with a host of other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.
