Patsy Jean King was born on October 25, 1964, to parents of Mary Ann King and Leonard Edward Livingston in Dallas, Texas. She attended Dallas Independent School District for her formal education. She was a daycare teacher at Primm and Proper and a CNA for Sunrise Home Health.

She loved to watch Westerns, I Love Lucy, Andy Griffin. She enjoyed cooking Soul Food, sitting outside enjoying the sunshine but most of all she loved her grandkids.

On Friday, January 6, 2023 Patsy passed away at the age of 58. She was preceded in death by her parents Mary Ann King and Leonard Edward Livingston and sister Mary Catherine King.

Patsy leaves to cherish her memories (1) daughter: Camille King; (2) sons: La'Donta King and James DeRay King;(3) grandchildren: Antayes King, Chasady Adams and Miyunna Sims; (5) siblings: twin sister Gloria Woods, Linda King, David King, James (Georgia) King and Michael (Sarah) King; her best friend Broderick Davis and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
