Mrs. Diane (Polk) Hubbard was born September 20, 1960 in Nacogdoches, TX to the late father Mr. Roy Lee and mother Judy Polk. Diane was one of six children.

Diane accepted Christ in her life as her personal Savior. She was a faithful member at Faith Tabernacle Church under the leadership of Rev. Charles Wallace. She worked faithfully on the usher board until her health failed her. Diane entered eternal rest on February 19, 2023 in McKinney, TX.

She was preceded in death by her mother Judy Polk & father Roy Lee, brothers: Mitchell Polk & Bruce Polk and sister Cynthia Ann Polk.

Diane leaves to cherish her loving and devoted memories her daughter LaKeshia Polk of McKinney, TX; (2) grandchildren: Shalein McCray & Quaylon McCray both of Paris, TX; (4) great grandchildren: Keyshawn, Aubrey, Avia and Memphis; (2) siblings: Jacquelin Polk & Michael Polk and a host of nieces, nephews, (1) sister-in-law, (1) brother-in-law, other relatives and friends.
