Otis was proceeded in death by his parents Freddie and Sarah, his brother Fred Jr. and sister Katrina. He leaves to cherish his memories his loving and devoted wife of 23 years Charlot.  His children Omesha (Shawn), Sharmale, Otis Jr (Zay), Clinton, Courtney (Tatiana), Eboni (CJ). His loving grandchildren Messiah, Kasen, Kennadi, Jaila, Jaycie, Jade, Dallas, Houston, Kevaun, Chloe, Makayla, Jr, Kane, Ariana, Kourtney, Jordyn, Ariel, Kory, Ronald. He leaves behind a brother Cassius (DeRenda), and sister Detra, nieces and nephews O'Shay, Lavonna, Deveion, DeJuan, Shaniqua, and Devonette. His aunt and uncles John (Judy), Tommy Joe, and Baby Sister. A loving father and mother in law Curtis and Linda Hordge. Otis leaves behind a host of family including cousins, sister in laws and brother in laws and a group of FOREVER friends.
