Otis Baker was born on February 5, 1956 to the union of William & Gloria Baker in Dallas, Texas. He attended Dallas Independent School District.

Over 50 years ago he walked into a gym and met the love of his life Pamela Anderson and to this union two children were born.

Otis was a fun loving individual who loved football, the Dallas Cowboys of course. He loved listening to R&B and going to the game room. He loved spending time with his family and spoiling his grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents: William & Gloria Baker, one sister Rosie Mae Taylor and two brothers: Johnny Baker and Wilford Baker.

Otis leaves to cherish his memories the love of his life Pamela Anderson, two children: Otis Anderson and Kimaly Lacy (Terran); four grandchildren: Kayla Brown, Ronald Lacy, Mitchella Lacy and Aiden Elliott one great grandchild Sky Brown; one sister Caroline Washington; a dear friend Darlene Davis along with a host of other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.
