Obituary

On January 2, 2026, Michael Tyrone Lynch laid down his armor and picked up his crown. Michael was born on August 9, 1980 in Dallas, TX to Debra Triggs.

Michael was a devoted preacher (Brother Preacher, as our Pastor so endearingly called him) who truly lived through his faith every day. Sharing God's word was not just something he did, it was who he was. He always served others with compassion, kindness, and an open heart, and his deep belief in God's grace touched more lives than he ever knew. Anyone who heard him preach or spent time with him felt the sincerity of his faith and his love for people and God.

He was a loving husband and a devoted family man. Our family was his greatest joy, and he showed his love through his constant presence, support, and care. He led our home with faith, strength, and love, always putting his loved ones before himself. Michael also had a special gift for bringing people together. His laughter was contagious, his smile unforgettable, and his ability to light up a room made everyone feel welcome and valued.

Though our hearts are broken and he will be deeply missed, we are grateful for the life he lived and for the love he shared. Michael's legacy of faith, joy and fellowship will live on in all of us who were blessed to know and love him.

Michael was proceeded in death by his mother, Debra Triggs, grandmother Eva Nell Osborne-Young and his great grandmother Rosa Mae Wilson "Sprooky".

He is survived by his loving wife Donna Lynch; (4) children:   Midarreyae Lynch, Tamaryae Robinson, Naiya Lynch and Micah Lynch; (3) bonus daughters: Joshlyn Alonzo (Christopher),  Jenna Alonzo and Jessica Alonzo; (1) brother Kendrick Lynch; (1) sister Tamisha Lynch "Lady Bug"; (4) grandchildren; (9) nieces and nephews along with a host of other family and friends.
