Lula Mae Burns was born January 10,1952 to the loving parents Wade and Jennie Brooks of Paris ,Texas. Lula loved to cook Sunday meals for friends and family . She loved her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Cleta Booker, (2) brothers: Johnnie B. Rollerson and James Garvin and son Rodrick Russell .

Lula leaves behind to cherish her memories husband Eddie Burns; daughter Shaujuan Russell; daughter-in-law MaShonda Russell; sister Rubye Newsome along with a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
