Josefina was born on January 11, 1984, to parents Marcus Rivera and Rosanna Lopez in Dallas, TX.

Josefina found her greatest pride and purpose in her four children, whom she loved deeply and supported in every way she could. She found joy in life’s simple pleasures and cherished the time she spent with her family. She loved being near the water, where she felt at peace and happiest. She had a passion for cooking and took pride in bringing loved ones together through her meals that she always made with love. One of her greatest joys was spending time with her newborn grandson, whose presence filled her heart with happiness and pride. In her quiet moments, she enjoyed listening to music and unwinding with her favorite show, Grey’s Anatomy. These meaningful moments reflected her warm spirit and the love she shared with those around her.

Josefina is lovingly remembered by her daughter Alexis Garcia, her three sons Isiah Lopez, Marcus Lopez, Jason Rojas, grandson Samuel Carrillo, Mother Rosanna Lopez, sister Brianna Lopez and brothers Johnny Lopez, and Jimmy Lopez along with a cherished circle of loved ones and friends.
