Jose Antonio Ruiz aka "PoPo/ Daddy" born in CD Victoria Tamp, Mexico.

He lived and worked for his family. He loved BBQ and playing games with his grandchildren. His passion was gardening, drawing, reading. He never missed a Texas Rangers Game. He was their biggest fan. He enjoyed being outside regardless of the weather conditions. He loved his family the most of all. He was there for us all until the end.

Jose is preceded in death by his loving wife of 46 years, Simona R. Ruiz, two son-in-law: Andres Cruz Sr. and Joseph A Cruz Jr.

He leaves behind to cherish his memories (1)daughter Catherine Ruiz; (2) grandchildren: Joseph A. Cruz Sr. and  Andrea Crus Jr.; (1) granddaughter-in-law Katie Carlton; (8) great grandchildren: Andres Cruz III, Catherine N. Cruz, Emma Carlton, Natasha Cruz, Simona Cruz, Joseph A. Cruz III, Izabel V. Cruz and Zachary D. Cruz along with other family and friends.
