Jesse James Chandler Jr., was born on February 18, 1965 to the parents of Jessie James Chandler Martha Ann Chandler in  Dallas, Texas. He was the eldest of four children. He attended Arlington Park Elementary and James Madison High School.

He worked various jobs and throughout his career, as well as for the City of Dallas Sanitation Department until July 2018. He loved to dance and was the life of the party.

Jesse is preceded in death by his father Jessie James Chandler.

He leaves behind to cherish his memories: (1) daughter Jessica Smith; his mother Martha Ann Chandler; (3) sisters: Jacqueline Chandler,           Patricia Winfield (Ray) and Michelle Davis (Keith); life companion Claudia Washington; (3) bonus children: Larenzo Washington, Keisha Henderson and Elnora Washington; (3) grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
