Jerome D. Haliburton was born in Dallas, Texas to Linda Ann Haliburton on November 12,1974. He graduated from Franklin D. Roosevelt High School in 1993. Jerome accepted the lord and savior, Jesus Christ at an early age. Jerome was a fun, loving individual that had an attractive personality and drew individuals to him. Jerome was an athlete who had an affinity for multiple sports. Jerome spent most of his quality time cheering on the Dallas Cowboys and spending time with friends and family.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Linda Haliburton; his grandparents, Charlie and Vivann Haliburton: and his uncle, Charlie Haliburton Jr.

Jerome leaves to cherish his memories his children: Briana Alexander, Amber Lee, Je'Qualyn Hogan, Jai Phoenix, Domonic Thornton, Kinderick Irving, Jordan Irving, Jayda Irving, De'asia Irving; a grandson: Robert Trosper; an  Auntie/Mom: Shirley Harris; a cousin/brother: Montrel Harris; cousin: Kenya Smith and a host of other relatives and friends.
