Jeanette Arlene Walker was born on  August 1, 1959 to the parents of Lewis Russell and Charlotte Russell-Walker. She was the fourth child of six siblings. Later in life when Charlotte Walker remarried Troy Walker and out of that union Jeanette Walker was adopted.

She completed her education in the Dallas Independent School District and graduated from Spruce High School in 1977. Jeanette Loved to have a good time and enjoyed her family and friends. She worked as a caregiver the majority of her life. She was a member of loving Evangelistic Bible Church since 2014. Where the late Pastor Bobby Ray Armstrong was the pastor.

Jeannette was preceded in death by her parents, sister Annette Russell and brother Douglas Walker.

She leaves to cherish her memory three children: Charetha Burdine, Sheniquia Walker and Quentin Walker; three brothers: Lewis Dunagan, Kenneth Russell and Ricky Walker; seven grandchildren: Cameron, Alexus, Denium, Sir'Davieon, Tamar, Dallas and Dallas W.; four great grandchildren: Channing, Kyla, Kyri II and Shiloh and a host of relatives and friends.
