Jazmine "Jazz" Brooks was born on April 14, 1992 in   Dallas, Texas to the parents of Kevan Brooks and Dwiana Thomas. She graduated from Colleyville Heritage High School.

To know Jazz was to love Jazz. She was always making   people laugh and clowning around. Her greatest passion was drawing. She was an artist out of this world. She loved animals and would always take in strays. She also loved all genres of music.

She was preceded in death by her grandfathers: Frank Brooks and Nimr Mahdi and first cousin Eric Henderson Jr

Jazz leaves behind to cherish her memories (2) children: Londyn Brooks & Logan Brooks; parents: Kevan Brooks, Bishop Grady & Dwiana Thomas; (7) siblings: Kambria, Keyonna, Janezia, Jahrod (Tahjeynah), Jahden, Denell and Nathaniel; grandparents: Vivian Mahdi, Willie Henderson and Dorothy (Walter) Jackson; (7) nieces & nephews that will miss their "Tudah" tremendously along with other family members and friends.
