Ja'Den lamont Mcmillan, also known as "Jay", was born on February 7, 2008 to Ashley White and Denarrion Mcmillan in Dallas, Texas. He was a student at Roosevelt High School.

He was a loving soul. He loved people and was a joy. He loved sour pickles, riding his dirt bike and music. He was very talented. He made jewelry and beaded bracelets. He thought of himself as a stylist, dressing himself up in stylish clothing and shoes.

Ja'Den was baptized at an early age, later becoming a member of New Destiny Fellowship Church.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents: Rita Hunt and Dack Banks.

Ja'Den leaves behind to cherish his memories parents: Ashley White and Denarrion McMillan; (1)  sister Kendall White; (3) brothers: Kayden Hunter, Denarrion "DJ" McMillan, D'Kalynn McMillan and Vermere McMillan; grandparents: Judy White, Taraellan & Garry Williams, Derrick McMillan, Doris McMillan and  Elizabeth Davis; (8) aunts: Brittany Abrams, Jacy White, Asia Abrams, Brazil Baker, Angela White, Cassandra Garth,  Bernadine Breedlove and Danielle Pollard; (6) uncles: Andre Davis (Deaitra), Willie White, Robert Jenkins, Joseph Hunt, Vatallio Abrams (Jackie) and Jamal Hunt; a special friend Zariah; best friend Zion White  along with a host of other family and friends who will miss him dearly
