Iran Mauldin was born on March 23, 1991 in Dallas, Texas to the parentage of Nakia Mauldin and Kirk Skinner. He attended Dallas Independent School District.

He was an exceptional man. He was passionate about many things. To all that knew him knew he had a heart of gold. He was always the life of the party and was known for keeping others laughing.

He was preceded in death by his father Kirk Skinner, grandfather James McNeil and great grandmother Octavia Mauldin.

Iran leaves to cherish his memories (4) sons: Prince Iran, Samiran, Demetrius and Deshawn; (1) daughter Serenity; his mother Nakia; grandmother Ruthie; (5) brothers: Mark, Javon, Jarrell, Brandon and Prince; (1) sister Jaykia; (1) aunt Lametra; (1) uncle Norris; a special niece Aubrey along with a host of other relatives and friends that will miss him dearly.
