Frankie Lee Biggins Jr. was born on January 12, 1967 in Dallas, TX to Frankie Sr. & Ruby Biggins. He was also known as "Stink", "Big Dog", & "Floyd".

He was a devoted husband & father. He lived his life to the fullest. He was a proud Marine and a Diesel Mechanic for over 25 years for Dallas Area Rapid Transit, where he retired. He led his family with strength and love. Frank had a special gift for bringing people together and having a great time with laughter and great stories. His smile was unforgettable and his ability to light up a room made everyone feel loved.

Though our hearts are broken and Frank will be deeply missed, we are very grateful for the life he lived and the love he shared. Frank's legacy, joy, love and laughter will live on in us who were blessed to know him.

Frank is preceded death by his parents Ruby & Frankie Sr.

He is survived by his loving wife Meeka Biggins; (1) daughter Le'Yia Biggins; (3) brothers: Anthony (Terry) Biggins, Claude (Mawi) Biggins and Freddie (Valarie) Biggins; (3) bonus children; (3) grandchildren; (4)childhood friend/co-worker/marine brothers: Ricky, Eric, Rick & Derrick along with a host of other relatives and friends.
