Mrs. Frances Louise Offord was born on October 13, 1966 in Kaufman County to Lewis and Mary Hart. She attended Forney ISD where she excelled in sports and academics. Frances married her high school sweetheart, Sammie Offord, on February 24, 1987. Together they raised three beautiful girls and enjoyed spending time with their grandgirls.

In the early hours of the morning on Wednesday, January 4, 2023, the Angel of Heaven came and said well done my good and faithful servant. You have fought a good fight and your race has been won. She was preceded in death by her father, Lewis "Buddy" Hart and her brother, Rodney "BB" Hart.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her loving husband, Sammie Offord; her mother, Mary Hart; 3 children, LaKisha "Kisha" Stark (Eric), Kyiesha "Kya" Offord, Sammatha "Sam" Offord (Lauren); 2 grandchildren, Jordan "Jo" and Ryan "Little Pretty" Stark; 3 sisters, Patricia "Trisha" Thomas (Walter) of Kaufman, TX, Jerry Ann Hart (Carl) of Dallas, TX, Brandi Burnett (Jerome) of Crandall, TX; 2 brothers, Lewis "Bubba" Hart (Gloria Fay), Tracy Joe Hart (Kelly) of Austin, TX; Loving brothers and sisters in law and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
