Erlene Oatman was born on September 15, 1949 to Mary Elizabeth Black & Frank Albert Frazier in Dallas, Texas. She lived a life filled with blessings and favor.

After retiring from a position of management, she became a volunteer, assisting with bookkeeping at fellowship COGIC, a place she held dear.

Erlene was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Deloise Frazier, her husband Alvin Oatman and grandson Yeshuau D. Bircher.

She leaves to cherish her memories and all that she held dear (2) children: Isaac and Tamona; (7) grandchildren; (2) great grandchildren along with a host of other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.
