Dwight Renea Vaughn was born September 13, 1957 to the parents of Ida Bennett & Ceasor Bennett. He united with Christ at a young age.

He was a truck driver and a very good dominoes, chess and basketball player. He attended L.G. Pinkston High School where he excelled in sports. He was a loving father, brother, son and uncle.

Dwight was preceded in death by his mother Ida Bennett, step father Ceasor Bennett, brother David Vaughn, two sisters: Janice Vaughn and LaCarla Bennett.

He leaves behind to cherish his memories life long friend LaCarla Franklin; (3) children: LaNinfa Franklin, Kidada Franklin and Keith Franklin; his wife Shawnee Vaughn; (3) step-children; (5) brothers: Dwayne Vaughn, Ceasor Terry, Rodney Bennett and Lee Bennett; (4) grandchildren; (2) great grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
