Dorrie Lee Jones Jr. was called in on Tuesday April 5, 2022. He was born to the parentage of the late Reva Nell Stanton-Jones and the late Dorrie Lee Jones Sr. on November 15, 1954. He was the first born of (6) boys in which (3) brothers has gained their wings; Rodney (Demone), Mathew and Milton Jon Jr. He was a special child because he was the first child.

In his prime he could out run anybody. He was known for his famous BBQ. Everybody loved for Jr. to BBQ. He evenhad a famous saying " DON'T HAVE TO MOAN, DON'T HAVE TO GROAN, PICK UP THE MEAT, IT'LL FALL OFF THE BONE." Ribs was his specialty.

Dorrie Jr. leaves to cherish his memories (3) children: Tremain Trenair Blackwell Jones, Eric Jemar Caraway (Nicole) and Dorian LeShay (Sissy) Caraway; (2) brothers: David Jones (Mary) and Dwight Jones; (6) grandchildren: jabaurie, Zakiyyah, Jemar, Jaylen, Kayla and Zaydrian; a special sister-in-law Tonya, Carol Caraway (Eric & Dorian's mother); (1) uncle Hulen Coy Jones; (1) aunt Sarah Pearson and a host of other relatives and friends.
