Donyale Smith was born on October 27, 1974 to Barbara Day-Finley and Charles Smith in Dallas, Texas. She was a cherished spiritual daughter and mother. She attended Higher Mark Church where her unwavering commitment shined brightly. She served on the usher board, demonstrating her deep love for the Lord, her family and church family, and her friends.

She embodied the spirit of true service, and showed steadfast love and support to many. Her beautiful smile and loving spirit will be profoundly missed by all who knew her. Donyale was a blessing to those who crossed her path.

Donyale is preceded in death by her parents Charles Smith and Barbara Day-Finley.

She leaves behind to cherish her beautiful memories (3) children: Joshua Long, Shar'Dell Page and Kendrick Bush; (5) grandchildren: Joshua Long Jr., Angel Page, A'Myrkel Richardson, Ja'Kari Bush and Amiri Bush; aunt Margurita Kelly; (5) siblings: Yolanda Aldridge (Thomas), Quincy Smith, Antwine Carraway, Mary Carraway and Leyondria Carraway along with a host of other family and dear friends who will miss her dearly.
