Miss Diquita Nicole Bethany, "Qui-Qui", was born on August 25, 1986 to the parentage of Sidney Joe Jacobs and Dianne Bethany-Jacobs in Dallas, Texas. She attended Dallas Independent School District and graduated from W.W. Samuell High School in 2004.

Qui-Qui was a hard working woman. She worked in childhood education for many years to provide for her and her daughter. She was a diehard Dallas Cowboys fan and she loved watching wrestling as well. She loved sports. She had a great sense of humor and was funny even when she wasn't trying to be.

She is preceded in death by her father Sidney Jacobs.

Diquita leaves behind to cherish her memories (1) daughter Nariya Bethany; mother Dianne Bethany-Jacobs; (1) sister Shunquala Bethany; (2) brothers: Desmond Bethany and Christopher Bethany; (2) nieces: Qua'Ron and Christin; (5) nephews: Isaiah, Christopher Jr., Xavier, Desmond Jr. and Tyrek; (1) great nephew Kyler; (3) uncles: Herman Bethany, Sylvester Bethany and Samson Jacobs; (4) aunts: Marilyn Barnes; Kathrina Jacobs, Donetta Bethany and Cathy Bethany along with a host of other relatives and friends.
