Deloris Jean Jacobs was born on September 14, 1962 in Dallas, TX to the union of Johnny and Jimmie Ann Jacobs. She attended James Madison High School.

Family she join in eternal rest her parents Johnny & Jimmie Ann Jacobs and three grandchildren, four siblings: Gertha Johnson, Joann Robinson, Eugene Jacobs, Lonnie Jacobs and Johnny Jacobs Jr.

Deloris leaves to cherish her memories ex husband Gary Moore; one daughter Shirena Yvette Jacobs-Shaw; five grandchildren: Am'Samuele Deaundra  Jacobs, Shamela Deshuna Hunter, Rhyndall Wayne Mitchell Jr., Pam'nesha "Princess" Moore and David Lee Hinton; three great grandchildren: Sammiyah Jacobs, Am'Samuele Jacobs Jr., Le'Zyriah Monae       Jacobs; one sister Ethel Mae Robinson along with a host other relatives and friends.
