Charlotte Hornsby was born April 9, 1937 to the parents of  Owen  and Georgia Crockett. She married Mark Henderson at a young age and to this union 12 children were born. She later met and married James Hornsby.

She was a loving mother.

She was preceded in death by her daughters: Eloise, Cora & Pearlie Mae, her sons: Bobby, Melvin & Terry.

Charlotte leaves behind to cherish her memories her children: Barbara, Gail, Delouise, Ricky, Darrell and Billy; sister Georgia Mae Crockett, brother Eddie Lee Crockett and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
