Cathy Elaine Collier was born on February 19, 1962 in Dallas, Texas. She attended Dallas Independent School District and graduated from Seagoville High School in 1980.

She loved working word search puzzles, art and reading her Bible. She worked in healthcare as an aide for many years. She loved watching sports and was a Dallas Cowboys Fan.

She is preceded in death by biological father Jimmy King Sr., grandparents: Charlie and Lillie Collier and her sister Lisa Kious.

Cathy leaves behind to cherish her memories (2) daughters: Chantal Collier and Courtney Johnson; (3) grandchildren: Ava Curry, Alyssa Curry and Tavares Ingram; her parents: Charles & Joyce Richmond; (3) Pamela Hampton, Onita King and Dolly Hopkins; (6) brothers: Oscar Collier, Cory Collier, Lang King, Timothy King, Christopher King and Jimmy King Jr.; (4) nieces: Jasmine Brown, Chasity Lovely, Kennedy McDonald and Camiecia Tinnion; (2) nephews: Cory Collier and Cody Collier along with a host of other family and friends who will miss her.
