Carl Lee McCullar was born on July 14, 1971 to the union of the late Carl Lee Mccullar & and the late Jean Margaret McCullar. He attended Dallas Independent School District. In December of 2014 he joined Fellowship House of Prayer Baptist Church in Dallas, TX.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Carl McCullar & Jean McCullar, sister Shirley Jean Tennison, two uncles: Salvester Tennison and Eugene Tennison and grandparents: Elnora Bean and Marie Moss.

Carl leaves to cherish his memories to his wife Wonzer  Rochelle Armstrong; (2) children: Carla Rochelle Armstrong and Cawanna Michelle Armstrong; (9) grandchildren: Journey Boyd, Jahziah Boyd, Jelani Boyd, Ke'Myrion Rollinson, Kenneth Rollinson, Kennedy     Rollison, Jacques March-Lark, Nevaeh Mosley and   Reggion Zackery; (5) uncles; (4) aunts; (1) niece; (1) nephew along with a host of other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.
