Bobby Ray Livingston was born on February 7, 1939 to the parentage of L.C. and Mattie Livingston on Mexia, Texas.  He attended Melissa Pierce High School.

He worked with Gravel Pit D&D Materials Inc Company as a machine Operator.

Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Barbara Livingston and (12) siblings: M.C. Livingston, Charlie Livingston, Leonard Livingston, Claudia Livingston, Earl Livingston, Mertease Simpson, Thomas Livingston, Frank Livingston, Bennie Standford, Raymond Livingston, Gloria Livingston and Sunny Richardson.

He leaves to mourn (1) sister Rubie Livingston, (1) brother John Livingston, (2) step daughters: Mildred  and Tesha along with a host of other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.
