Billy Gale Delley was born in Dallas, TX to Mary Geneva Cyrus and Lee Edward Delley Sr. on March 22,1957. He went to Grandall elementary, Jr. High, and graduated from Crandall high school.

He obtained his CDL license and worked as a truck driver for many years. He married Sharon Goins and from that union one child, Sharisma Delley, was born. He loved making people laugh and spending time with his family and friends.

Billy is preceded in death by his parents Mary Geneva Cyrus and Lee Edward Delley Sr., siblings: Yolanda Yovette Delley, Verta Eileen Delley, Michael Lynn Delley, and James Edward Delley.

He is survived by his wife Sharon Goins; daughter, Sharisma Delley; step son Derick Goins Sr.; (3) grandchildren: Derick Goins Jr., Tariyah Ponds, and   Paisley Delley; siblings: David Wayne Delley and Lee Edward Delley Jr.; and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
