Billie Wright-Lee was born to the parentage of   Millie Z. Wright and Dan Wright on January 11, 1964 in Dallas, Texas. At an early age she taught and instilled about Jesus Christ and His great love for the world.

She received her formal education in the Dallas Independent School District graduating from South Oak Cliff High School in 1982.

Billie was employed by various health care facilities before she obtained the position of a cook in Dallas Independent School District. Due to her great talent and knowledge of cooking, she was quickly promoted to a cafeteria management position until her health no longer allowed her to do so.

She was preceded in death by her parents Millie Z. Wright and Dan Wright and her brother Frederick Crayton.

Billie leaves to cherish her precious memories to her dedicated and loving son James Edward Lee Jr.; sister Belinda Burks; niece DaQuanda Crayton along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends that were like family to her.
