Mother Billie Ray Valentine was born July 17,1933 to the parentage of Isaac D. Thomas and Clara Parks Thomas in Bristol Texas. She attended G. W. Carver School in  Seagoville, Texas. She later married Cail Valentine and to this union six children were born Isaac, William, Rosie, Johnnie, Cail Jr. and Beverly.

She professed her faith in Christ at an early age. She united with Union Chapel Baptist church and in later years she joined Ministry of Compassion HOG.

Her husband Cail Valentine Sr., daughter Rosie, two sons, Johnnie Ray, and Cail Jr., parents, two sisters, Jewerlene Edwards and Charlesetta Bynaum and one brother, Otis Thomas preceded her in death.

Mother Billie Valentine leaves behind to cherish her memories granddaughter and caregiver, Bregail Valentine Bundred of Dallas, TX, one daughter; Beverly Valentine of Dallas, TX; two sons, Vicar Bishop Isaac (Barbara) Valentine Sr., of Mesquite, TX and William Valentine Sr. of Dallas, TX; one sister Willie Jean Horton of Dallas, TX; 24 grandchildren, 27 great grand children and a host of nieces, nephews' other relatives and friends.
